Testimonials

KYEL Group provided us with a quick ergonomic assessment that included human modeling and risk information. They recommended a solution tool and vendor to address the issue, even showing up and participating in the demonstration with the vendor, providing job coaching and tool use feedback. Complete package from start to finish!

Thanks!!

The customer service from KYEL Group is not commonly found with other organizations. My employees really appreciate the Early Injury Prevention and the Injury Management.

Several have mentioned their surprise when we have an appointment scheduled so soon after they request services.

Eric has worked with us for over 25 years.   Initially, Eric developed evaluations that we use to determine a person’s physical readiness for a particular job assignment. These metrics continue to be very successful, and Eric also encouraged us to provide early injury intervention services for those employees who may have minor aches or soreness.  For those situations, where the employee feels minor discomfort, and does not require a physician visit, we rely on KYEL Group.   They work with our 24/7 rotating shifts as well as the employee’s schedule, to meet with employees in a timely manner, providing guidance on recovery and follow up.

Eric’s demeanor with employees, respect for confidentiality and knowledge of physiology makes him a valuable asset to our team.
